1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee At BixPrime, we strive to provide the best IPTV streaming experience. We stand behind the quality of our servers and our content. If you are not completely satisfied with our IPTV service, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all our 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions.

2. Conditions for a Full Refund We will gladly issue a full refund within the first 30 days of your purchase under the following conditions:

  • Server Instability: You experience constant buffering, freezing, or downtime that our technical support team cannot resolve within 48 hours.
  • Missing Features: The core features promised (such as live channels or VOD access) are completely inaccessible due to server-side issues.
  • Setup Failure: You are entirely unable to connect our M3U link or Xtream Codes to your device, and our support team is unable to assist you in getting it to work.

3. Non-Refundable Cases To protect our service from abuse, refunds WILL NOT be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Slow Internet Connection: Buffering caused by your local internet speed. We recommend a minimum of 15 Mbps for standard streaming and 30 Mbps for 4K channels.
  • ISP Blocking (Internet Service Provider): If your local internet provider blocks IPTV traffic (common in the UK, UAE, etc.), it is your responsibility to use a VPN. We do not refund due to ISP restrictions.
  • Device Limitations: Issues arising from outdated or unsupported hardware (e.g., an old Smart TV with insufficient memory to load the playlist).
  • Change of Mind: Simply deciding you no longer want the service after successfully activating and using it for several days.
  • After 30 Days: No refunds, either full or partial, will be issued after the initial 30-day period has passed.

4. How to Request a Refund If you meet the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@bixprime.com or via our WhatsApp number.
  2. Provide your order number, email address used for purchase, and a brief description of the technical issue.
  3. Allow our team 24 to 48 hours to attempt a fix. If the issue persists on our end, your refund will be processed immediately.

Please note that once a refund is issued, your IPTV subscription and portal access will be terminated instantly. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank or PayPal statement.
