Welcome to BixPrime! Setting up your new service is quick and easy. Follow the step-by-step instructions below based on your device.
Note: Check your email for your login credentials (Server URL, Username, and Password) before starting.
📺 1. Smart TVs (Samsung, LG) & Android TVs
The best and easiest apps for Smart TVs are IPTV Smarters Pro or IBO Player.
Using IPTV Smarters Pro:
- Go to your TV’s App Store (Google Play Store, LG Content Store, or Samsung Smart Hub).
- Search for IPTV Smarters Pro and install it.
- Open the app and select “Login with Xtream Codes API”.
- Enter the details sent to your email:
- Any Name: BixPrime
- Username: (Enter your Username)
- Password: (Enter your Password)
- URL: (Enter the Server URL we provided)
- Click Add User and wait a few seconds for the channels and VODs to load. Enjoy!
Using IBO Player (Alternative for Samsung/LG):
- Download IBO Player from your TV’s App Store.
- Open the app, and you will see a Device MAC Address and Device Key on the screen.
- Go to the IBO Player website on your phone or PC.
- Enter your MAC Address and Key, then choose “Add XC Playlist” and paste the Xtream details we sent you.
- Restart the app on your TV.
🔥 2. Amazon Fire TV Stick
Since some apps are not directly in the Amazon store, we will use the “Downloader” app. We highly recommend TiviMate or IPTV Smarters.
- Go to your Firestick Home Screen, select the Find icon, and search for Downloader. Install it.
- Go to Firestick Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options.
- Turn ON “Install Unknown Apps” for Downloader.
- Open the Downloader app and type one of these codes to download your preferred player:
- Type 78522 to download IPTV Smarters Pro.
- Type 272013 to download TiviMate.
- Install the app, open it, and choose “Login with Xtream Codes”.
- Enter your Username, Password, and Server URL. Click Login!
🍏 3. Apple Devices (Apple TV, iPhone, iPad)
- Open the App Store on your Apple device.
- Search for Smarters Player Lite or LillyPlayer and install it.
- Open the app and select “Login with Xtream Codes API”.
- Fill in your credentials:
- Name: BixPrime
- Username: (Check your email)
- Password: (Check your email)
- URL: (Check your email)
- Click Add User to start streaming.
💻 4. Windows PC & Mac OS
- Download the IPTV Smarters Pro software for your desktop:

- Install the software and open it.
- Select “Add your Playlist (via XC API)”.
- Enter your BixPrime credentials (URL, Username, Password) and click Login.
💡 Quick Troubleshooting (FAQs for Setup)
- Channels are not loading or buffering? Restart your router and your device. Wait 5 minutes and try again. Ensure your internet speed is at least 15 Mbps.
- “Invalid Details” Error? Double-check your Username and Password. They are case-sensitive. Make sure there are no blank spaces before or after the server URL.
- Is a VPN required? A VPN is not strictly necessary, but we highly recommend it if your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is blocking or slowing down streaming traffic.
